Car of the year at the Geneva Motor Show

Opel's model "Astra" declared the car of the year at the Geneva Motor Show in the choice of nearly 60 journalists.
The choice of a new model of the German Opel, a branch of the American General Motors and, could boost the manufacturer, which considers how to turn business in Europe, where for years loses money.

Opel CEO Karl-Thomas Neumann welcomed the assessment of "the strictest jury in the industry" and said that the designers have made a spacious and elegant version of the model in 2015, which sold 130,000 copies.
